Raven had been up until it was pointed out to her, dancing in her room. Unfortunately half the titans and some of their friends had witnessed the display of joy and she was now mortified.
So whenhe does find her, in her room, she's typing up messages to the various people.
Looking over at Tom as he enters she frowns a bit. "Hey Tom, did I wake you?"
"No, not at all. I don't sleep much. I thought you might want to see this, or rather, hear it." He beckons for her to come to his room, taking very careful measure to open the door softly. He doesn't know if that'll hurt too.
The instant he's in his room he hears the scritching of indecipherable whispers.
Raven follows Tom into his room, looking around for anything unusual, trying to hear what he hears. After a minute of standing there she looks at him wiht a confused expression. "What is it you're hearing? Because I don't think I'm hearing it."
"Listen closer. And don't touch the wall, whatever you do. I thought with your mental abilities you may be able to hear it better than I would." He closes the door carefully, wincing as a ribbon of red welt spreads from it. "I think there's something in the wall."
Star was certain that Storm would understand why he was scaling up her wall, peering in through windows trying to locate Tom. It was helping, after all.
He peered in, finally spotting Tom. He could probably take him down with pure violence, but it would upset Theresa. He instead tried to slide open the window, so he could speak with the potential madman inside.
"Goddamnit, what are you doing here? Don't touch the window!" He tip toes across the room, frowning at the marks on the floor, and opens the window tentatively. "What? Don't climb in just yet. I'll clear a path."
With that he grabs a blanket from the bed and lays it across the floor and over the windowsill. "Padding, if anything."
"I am here because I am the aalternative to Theresa being called. I am also willing to accept that you may not be completely mad, which is not something anyone else will concede."
He perches on the window sill and looks Tom in the eye. "Padding for what?"
"Well, at least that's someone." Mutters. "I'm not mad. I would know if I was. I distinctly remember some of the things that happened when I was mad, before I started losing time."
Stares back with complete honesty. "The floor. I don't want you to hurt her."
He nods to Star and smiles faintly. It's cold out and he's shivering, though hiding it fairy well. "Are you going to stay here, then? Or did you just come down to make sure I didn't do anything irrational."
