Yay, Thank you for commenting! :D Glad you enjoyed the commentary.
I know D: I also wasn't exactly thrilled about it either, but maybe Dan and Blair's relationship needed a moment like that. Yes! And it would be just polite if they'd had dinner after that and then tumbled in bed together!
I'm okay with them not working together anymore (as long as they'll found "Waldorf & Humphrey Investigations" one day, they'd be such good PIs), I just really dread the day their cute interaction ends again :/
I seriously love your picspam commentaries (and, well, just your picspams in general). So much truth and awesomeness.
I'm not sure if I think she showed up in the end; on one hand I would like her to have because yay forgiveness (though if she did, I suppose Blair would just be all ~pouty and quickly mumble things like "You're still not forgiven yet" while being in total denial that she's having a good time - then again, that's similar to how I imagine all of their dates go) but on the other hand, it would be cool to see Dan doing some 'I'm sorry' gestures in the next episode, so idk.
Ohh, thank you so much! Really glad you like the picspam/enjoy my commentary.
Ugh yes, I wish that this would be addressed again next episode, but I'll have the feeling the show will never talk about this again and they'll go back to being not!dating not!friends immediately. I'd love to see Blair being mopey and Dan being sorry for a while too.
Wow, all these gifs are fantastic. So many awesome facial expressions here, like Dan's big grin -- when they're sitting on the floor -- and Blair's innocent scheming look when she's on the phone to Serena.
Probably, unlike Chuck, Blair just won't pimp people out that she's dating Cute! :)
She totally went to the Degas exhibit "to look at the paintings", okay? It's not like she'd have been CRUSHED if a filthy, scheming, Williamsburg weasel hadn't been waiting for her there.
Thank you! :D Glad you like it. Penn and Leighton make the most adorable faces, (and are pretty much the only ones that really act on this show rn) I love both of them so much.
Ha ha! But really, I already dread that storyline. I love Nate/Blair interaction, but I have the feeling the writers will use that arc to tell us Blair is just as bad as Chuck :/ NOT TRUE.

Because to me it seems like the charming way of saying "Yeah, that's the shit Blair does", but I think fandom has an entirely different interpretation of it. So enlighten me, did I get something wrong?
No, you're absolutely right. Fandom is silly.
it's so sad for Blair and so poisonous for her character development that doing the right thing never really works out for her.
IKR. But I think Dan and Blair's relationship needed this kind of a moment where Dan and all of his totally understandable reasons to not trust Blair mean that he thinks she's done something she hasn't. ASS out of U and ME, etc.
I'm much more of a Dan stan than a Blair stan, but everybody acts like fixing things in the end was a super grand gesture and I'm just like "Phew, was the least he could do".I think if telling the truth would have gotten Blair her internship back, I would agree that it was the least he could do. But he had to lie that he was more to blame than he actually was since Blair was culpable too, so I think that's where I feel like Dan went

♥ ♥ ♥ First, thank you so much for reading and responding to all my random rambling, I'm always so amazed that people do that.
No, you're absolutely right. Fandom is silly. Oh, okay! I sort of guessed so, but I was really confused/anxious about this. Thanks for clarifying.

ASS out of U and ME, etc. Yeah, you're absolutely right! It was definitely important for their relationship. I just wish it could've ended without Blair being fired in first place, etc. I mean, things were okay again in the end, but it's like she always needs a big ol' slap in the face before things are allowed to turn out good for her.
She's all like, oh dear, what are my interns-who-are-in-love about to get up to?Omg, ikr? She totally got the love vibe, she's like, the first official canon!shipper. (Also, damn you for knowing about my tvf shenanigans, I always try to
