Fascinating. I'll be sure to have Bisharp keep an eye out.

Now tell me exactly what you meant when you were going on about creating the world. Full details, please.

[Grimsley is not above exploiting this situation at all.]

Bi-what now? Is that a friend of yours or somethin'?

And since you asked so nicely, I'll tell you. I guess you could say that it started back when I was in the circus. To do all those tricks, I trained diligently until I got them right. Every night the audience cheered at my death defying stunts, and every night I gave them more of what they wanted. That was the first Renaissance of my world; the moment I knew that I created the world I wanted by just by thinkin' it. That was also the day I vowed to see what was beyond the sky...if there was really some higher power out there or if I was the pinnacle of humanity. Regardless if I was or wasn't, I still made the decision right then and there to keep pushing the limits. Years later, I expanded the world of my creation again just by thinking.

And it's worth sayin' that in my world everything happens for a reason...coincidences don't exist. Even the plot twist that brought me here happened for a reason that even I don't know yet.

Aha. Not nearly as ludicrous when phrased that way. Quite an interesting line of thought, actually; rather... visionary. You had me worried about a sort of reality bending superpower, but I expect that's what you want people to believe.

Bisharp is my Pokemon. I sic it on small children on a regular basis in a sort of vague attempt to show who's more deserving of being called a Pokemon Master. A genitalia-measuring contest with giant monsters.

[Not exactly immune to the effects himself, sadly.]

Even though I am god, I'm still human. Then again, I guess super human would be the correct term here.

Wait a minute here...hold the phone...you fight little kids...with monsters?

[Oh he knows he shouldn't respond to this, but when has Ken done the smart thing.]

What the fuckin' hell. Is everyone a killer here?

[Lucky for him...Claire is a dork.]

Ya know...now that you mention it this place is starting to sound more and more like a prison.

[Haha very lucky.]

I was thinkin' that too, but then you gotta realize there's a lot of innocent people here too. Kids...that sorta thing.

[Ken will not admit he has a similar job back home unless directly asked, he's too used to keeping it a secret and he's only slowly coming up to level 2.]

I happen to know from personal experience that not all kids are innocent. Some can actually be real monsters, worse then all these murderers and assassins combined even.

It's hard to grasp the true professions of someone over the phone. Besides, hiding the fact that I'm the strongest assassin comes naturally especually since I have to work undercover a lot.

Ya see, up until a little while ago I moonlighted as a conductor on a train. It wasn't until recently did people start making the connection.

[Curiosity sparked.]

What kind of urban legends?

Ever hear of the Rail Tracer? It's a monster that follows trains and kills random people after nightfall. There's only one way to be spared...you gotta kill it before it kills you.

Is it really a monster if it can be killed?

The thing is, even though killin' it is the only way to be spared...it's impossible to kill it no matter how hard you try.
