Oh yay. Loved it :D. And so soon after #4, too! ::is now smiling insanely:: It was so cute! James was such a typical teenage boy, with lines like "I could do Accio, scare the piss out of those two wankers upstairs, and we could be out of here before they’re aware of what--literally, with luck--hit them." That was great. The whole thing was great. Now with this and Massachusetts, my day is going a lot better than it has been.

Thanks! :) I wanted to get this one writting before I tackled my Veil fic, since James and Lily play a large role in that one and I wanted a "feel" for them. Plus...I don't know. The whole thing with MA inspired me.

Hmmm, L/J snoggage. It's got to happen at some point... I'm actually thinking #6 might be from different people's POVs. It's going to take place post-seventh year, I think, so Sirius and Remus will be living together (I'd like to have them discuss gay rights and werewolf rights) and Lily will be falling for James. I think I want to do a scene where she gets home from a romantic date and is confronted by Petunia. Is that close enough to snoggage?

Ooh, maybe. There's a lot of J/L UST in this AU I've just started working on, but...maybe. I like J/L. :)

Thanks! *g* After OotP, J/L seemed so much more interesting to me. Their love was obviously very strong, but it had to have developed over a three-year period, which makes it a little more interesting--and sad.

Well, I was still all excited from MC4, and now there's something new?!? *fangirls* One question, though.

The first morning of the summer holiday, Lily found slipped under her door, an envelope addressed to her in a messy and vaguely familiar scrawl....Lily smiled and was glad her roommates were still in bed.

If Lily gets the letter from James over summer holiday, then why does she have roommates?

She got it the morning everyone was to leave Hogwarts for the summer. I tried writing the whole thing out in the fic, but it just got too wordy.

Oh, that's LOVELY. *snuggles James* Randomly, I especially liked the metaphor about Sirius going through girls "the way Wormtail went through sweets from Honeyduke’s: constantly and messily." And the comments about "all over the room". *snrrk* And I think using "dyke" where you did fit perfectly with the tone of the conversation. ;)

Thanks! :) I wondered if I was being a bit mean to Peter...but it's from James' POV and he's not exactly known for his sensitivity, is he?
