M'kay, I'm being anal. Is this after the war, and Peter's dead? Or are you taking "friend" to mean the only one left who is still alive and loyal?

But, as usual, love love love! *sighs* It's so sweet and just brimming with usual Remus!wisdom. ^_^

This is after OotP, since Harry's had the photograph of his parents for four years -- since the end of PS/SS. Remus really is their last surviving friend since Peter, though he's still alive, can hardly be considered a friend anymore.

Anyway, I'm so glad you liked this! Thanks a lot!

It's beautiful. I especially like Remus's speech about love and perfection.

That was so beautiful! *Sniffles* Short but sweet, packs in a lot of information and emotion.

And the icon's great too, I do love that picture. I'm still sort of undecided on the film, but it was worth the price of the ticket just for the night in the boys' dormitory, Sirius' speech about James preferring him as a dog, the Monster Book, and that picture of James and Lily dancing.

Thanks. :)

I had some quibbles about the movie, but on the whole I liked it. Cuaron gave the story his own vibe without sacrificing Rowling's, for the most part. IMO, anyway. :)

Gorgeous. Just wonderful. I wish you'd continue it. I'd love to hear Remus's memories.

Thanks. :)

Some day I want to write a long story about Harry and Remus bonding post-OotP. It'll probably be very angsty. *sigh*

Anyway, I'm glad you liked this.

And I'm still working on your "Cut" picture.

Don't stress over it, I know things get busy. Besides, the longer it takes the better the product. Can't wait to see it! :)

That was so sweet and paternal. The last line really got me. I love it!

Thanks so much.

*sigh* I really, really hope that Remus and Harry connect in canon.

I was really disappointed with the lack of "family" in OOTP, but the way Rowling talks about Remus, I'd imagine there will be a lot of him in book six.

I was, too, and I think there has to be. Harry is going to have questions, and Remus is really the only person left who can answer them. I'm so hoping he turns out to be Harry's mentor. I loved their interaction in PoA, he was present during critical scenes in OotP, and it would be so good for both of them.
