Title: Touchable Fandom: X-Men: First Class Wordcount: 100 Rating: all ages Characters: Alex/Darwin Summary: The first touch might have been accidental. The second, not so much. For realpestilence.
I can't imagine Alex welcomed the touching you KNOW he got-or was threatened with-in prison; and I doubt he had all that much positive physical contact before then, in fosterage. I think it would have a lot more impact on him than anyone would expect.
In my head canon, Darwin is kind of a physical guy. Like, he totally respects people's boundaries, but in a friendly situation, he's quick to give someone a slap on the back or initiate a hug. Alex, on the other hand, got very little affection in foster care, and the wrong sort of attention in prison (until he landed in solitary, of course). So I see him being rather intrigued and then turned on by Darwin's casual, but non-threatening, non-demanding physicality.
And yeah, once Darwin figures that out, he adapts to the situation. *g*

(No, I didn't, since I didn't write this for one of their prompts. I might post it to the Darwin/Havok comm at some point.)

Fortunately, Darwin adapts. \0/
