It's unclear how old she is, but since most people seem to join the Academy in lieu of college, I figured she'd have been 18 when she started, and 19 in this story.

I'm not sure about the Klingon opera either, but I love it whenever it gets brought up in the series. Klingon opera is serious business - to Klingons.

I like how with him being a virgin he's still much more forward with Nyota and she's all wobbly on the inside, because HELLO! They are so sexy together and you are such an amazing writer! Gah! Off to read it a bazillion times more!
