They're for "Glee," which I don't generally read because I have such meh feelings about the show itself.

I never really understood why people used fic to "Fix" fandoms before Glee, but some Glee fic works beautifully to highlight and fills in the many areas where the show is lacking. It had so much potential and it is sad that a show, which does include many characters that I've been itching to see, misuses them so badly.

I loved the Tina part of the first fic, I got that "I identify with that so hard" feeling, even though different race, different religion.

Same here, re. fix-it fics. Every time I've been tempted to write Glee-fic, I've felt like I would be cleaning up after the writers. *facepalm*

It *did* have a lot of potential, and it really does have a lot going for it. The kids can really sing and dance. They're a good bunch. But I feel like the writers are doing them - most of them, anyway - a disservice.

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have tried to do anything, but when you're spinning around, it's hard to think. Now I just ache - probably because I was gripping the wheel and getting whipped around. :(

But yay! I hope you'll leave prompts and/or write something for Scotty fest! The dude is awesome, and he doesn't get enough loving.
