Really lovely.

And I also love that you're not completely done with HP fan fiction. I don't read it often now, but you are one of the few authors that I still read.

Thank you! :)

But I think I'm done. I've been a little nostalgic lately, but I don't feel like I belong in this fandom anymore.

eta: That came out wrong, I think. *g* I feel like I don't have anything new to say - just a few brief reflections, like Harry in this ficlet.

Aw, it's good to see you posting here. The whole scene is wonderful - vividly detailed and emotionally nuanced, but I love the last line - so hopeful and so H/G.

Thank you! :)

I had to reread bits of HBP and HD before I could write this (such a hardship! /sarcasm) I'm not *back* ... but I've missed these characters.

This is gorgeous -- the images are all so vivid, I can see everything perfectly. Based on this story, I'd say you still have a few more HP fics inside you yet. <3.

Lol! Well, never say never, but I had to look up just about everything, from the Quidditch equipment to the name of George and Fred's shop. But I'm glad you liked this. Thank you!

Mmm, beautiful. It has a very nostalgic, clear-days-in-autumn tone to it.

Thank you! I admit - as the summer wanes I start longing for autumn, and it influences my writing. :)
