And I'm just over here happy to see a Tasha fic. You know it's a sorry state when you get as far as the headers and you're already going, Hurray! But yeah, when you live day to day, and the days blend together with relentless similarity, the future becomes someday only you shouldn't put off for tomorrow what you can do today. There were a lot of missed opportunities with a character that could have served as a foil to Federation utopia because of that.

She would have been great. I can understand why the actress left, but I wish they'd re-cast or left more of a loophole for the character.
