A triger is a tiger with three heads, but it's most dangerous because it can influence the mood of living things around it (including humans). If you're in the jungle and start feeling happy for no reason, it might be a sign a triger is stalking you.
The lemur is a "Leaping Lemur", but leaping in the sense of teleporting. It was supposed to stay in the animal preserve, but the staff learned the hard way that it's impossible to keep a teleporting creature anywhere. It adopted Hattie and (mostly) stays with her.
Those both actually sound like pretty cool (and really unique) fantasy animal characteristics. I should have guessed 'tri' in the tiger-ish name meant something.
