I can't imagine having to take pills 3x a day. 2x, maybe... if I can do it when I wake up and go to sleep, but even with short-term pills like antibiotics, that middle time kills me. I don't have a consistent-enough break in my day for that.

Yeah, and not being able to take them together kills me every time. Like I just took the first set (your comment made me remember, thanks!) now I have to get two more sets in before bed... when they're supposed to be hours apart.

I've fought with my weight my entire life. I'm currently at that "I've got to do something" point. It's the carbs, dammit, and I love them so. It was bad enough when I was just trying to only eat bread a couple times a week, and then the WBH began brewing beer and he really likes me to drink it with him.

Yeah, carbs are such a problem. They're so good, and there are so many forms of them! (Thankfully I don't drink, so I avoid that one.) I'm with you though, I try to eat bread just a couple times a week. Cutting them out 100% is just too rough.

Yeah, keeping it off is the hardest part and I find that the way our jobs/lives are set up now, the tendency to sit around is just so freakin' high!

Not sure how you feel about exercise bikes, but we have one and that gave me the best of both worlds because I would sit my iPad on it while I biked LOL. Streaming Netflix AND getting in shape at the same time! (this reminds me...I need to start doing this again, I was really slacking over the summer because HOTNESS)

Anyway, congrats congrats! Those 15 pounds were sneaky but you are still doing a fantastic job of keeping yourself healthy it sounds like. :)

Thank you! I used to have an exercise bike, then I ended up having a very big, very heavy laundry rack. :P I've thought about getting one of those you could keep under your desk though...
