These books look great, but I am afraid to start on them. I have a bad habit of reading any good book I start until the end, using every bit of free time until done...with books this big I won't be able to do anything else for years!
I read the first book and loved it and am about 300 pages into this one!
Trivia: I had WoK on the Nook. 'twas glorious. Found the hardcover of WoR for sale for $9.99, so I couldn't pass it up. I figured... how big/heavy could it be? I lugged around HP: Deathly Hallows with no problem. Silly me!
I have no good setup to read at home, so I read mostly on public transportation. I consider myself an expert train traveler/balancer/reader. But there was no way to hold this thing with one hand. Even with two, my hands/arms would tire after a while.
So I gave up and bought the Nook version, figuring I could sell the hardcover back to the used bookstore. And then the Nook died. That same evening.
Long story short, I BEGGED Barnes & Noble for a refund.(They gave it!). I sold the hardcover to the used bookstore. I got another copy from the library, which I read only at home because the spine is very broken and I don't want to make it worse by dragging it everywhere.
Yeah, I didn't know how much art was in these books and how gorgeous it was. It didn't come out well on the ebook. That's why I decided to buy the hardcover. Bad move. LOL! Thanks.

I can't imagine reading a physical copy of the book, let alone read it on the move! Except you get to see all that wonderful art while you read.
Haha all the trials of trying to read it. At least it's worth the effort! Good luck!
