I could have made this comment, both asking the question about the machine and re-iterating that this is your place and if it helps you, post away as much as you need to!
Haha because CRAP fits it! It's for when you have sleep apnea. Basically it forces air into your throat while you sleep, to keep your airway open. It's really strong blasts of air, so it's hard to sleep with it going. I just cannot recommend it at all, other than that it helps you not die. ;)
That's the hardest part for me, waiting to see results. I started doing sit-ups and crunches every night and I'd wake up every day and be like "Why are you not flat tummy!!" stupid patience. And then I was bad when Tim was out of town for a week and stayed up WAY too late and didn't do any of my sit-ups. **sigh** starting over again now.
Maybe you can have fries be a special treat? Like, every two months, treat yourself to some delicious fries. Or better yet, maybe figure out how to cook them yourself! It's probably tricky, but perhaps you could find a home made version of fries that could fill the void but be more healthy than fast food fries.
Yeah, waiting (and waiting and waiting) is hard for sure!
While I haven't checked the calories on them, there's a frozen portion-controlled brand of them. It's like a kiddy-sized serving, so I'm hoping maybe I can fit them into my calorie count sometimes.
Best of luck with your dieting - I don't mind reading about it, I just don't have any advice or experience to share .___.;; so I feel a little useless. But I support you 100%!

Good idea on the scale. It's so hard, I want to weigh myself every hour! Hopefully putting it more out of the way will help.
Thanks!

Also, don't mind spamming us with that! Your life, your journal! If you need a lot of processing on that right now, that's just how it is :) *hugs*
