You might consider seeing your doctor about that. If anything, they can give you something in the event that it happens again.
I know I constantly had panic attacks during the first couple weeks of classes last term. Not from my classes, but from my patrons who had no idea what was going on and panicking themselves. Starting last year at that time of the term, I actually called my doctor to request to be put on something because I knew I wouldn't be able to hold myself together.
And if you're lucky, it would only happen at night, because a lot of the anxiety meds you can get will knock you right out. ;)
