Quickie post! (RL/cooking, WoW)
RL: Cooking was omnomnom tonight! Or, to quote (without choking this time) "A+++ Would cook again!".
I've never made homemade spaghetti sauce before. In fact, it has bad associated memories (father issues) so I wouldn't have ever tried on my own. But it's amazing how simple and yet yummy it is! Brown garlic in some EVOO, toss in something whose name we kept bouncing back and forth on (pancetta/prosciutto, we were mixing each other up!), and a can of crushed tomatoes. Salt/pepper, and a bit of basil at the end! All done!
Best sauce I've ever tasted in my whole life. I finished my plate! Mmmm. And it was even better when placed on freshly backed bread with lots of butter. (I'm making myself hungry again!)
So let that be a lesson to you all: Bacon and garlic fried in oil is a good thing! ;)

I finally tracked down a rogue to open all the damned locked boxes cluttering up my bank storage. I paid him 5 gold to open all 7. Yay space!
Fished and herb-gathered a lot. Flying is the best thing in the game! It's so cruel it's taken away from you in Northrend until 77 and you can't do it in the old world. D:
Toss on top of that a couple good RP scenes (though I have to consider one of them because I don't know what Haken was thinking. NO BEING HONORABLE, YOU! You are not Thistle! You two are nothing alike! Sheesh!).
