Ah, that line has got to be the most intense thing I've ever written for dialogue, more intense since it is spoken by Han Geng in this fic. >_> Still gives me goosebumps when I reread. >_>

Oh dear oh dear... I know they're in war... that's what makes the little moments of peace so special... and Shi Yuan had to go and ruin it. Geng's trying so hard, Shi Yuan, and I know he's just worried, rightfully so... but give him his moment! D:

but even that short bit has gotten me more involved in the story. sad at the misunderstanding but wai is it obvious to everyone except geng that shi is only so concerned for him O.o prz to be posting next installment soon.
