How to get business: hack some new customers!

Today I was buying some business cards online when I accidentally discovered how to hack the store I was visiting.  While placing my order, I put Coeur d'Alene in for my city's name, and when I submitted the form I got this lovely result: www.znatd.com/screenshots/oops_sqlinjection.jpg.

That looks innocent enough if you don't know what it means, but

Dude, so I got a new job and part of my job is sending internet orders through a digital fax machine, printing a copy out and giving it to someone to code into another program. It boggles my mind. Part of the reason for my job is doing something that could conceivably be done by a program.

Nope. They've chosen to leave the garing hole completely open. Every user input box on their site is vulnerable.

"I accidentally discovered how to hack the store I was visiting..." Ha ha. Had the same thing happened to me, I would have see the error and thought, "Damn computers.."and gone on my merry way, never having a clue that I had that opportunity.

You could always (If it were legal), grab their private info on the company, like stuff that would totally screw up the process of their program, and send a demo of what "Could" happen....sorta like Live Free Or Die hard the movie. :P
