Status of Gundam Wing Pairings
Since many fans are heavily invested in pairings for GW, I'll make a list of pairing statuses. Please, DO NOT bitch here and get pissed off at me if your OTP is in danger. You are free to wank about being disappointed, but do not direct your anger toward me. These are based on known facts from Frozen Teardrop; you may look to the Animesuki thread on it for the scanlator's translated details and J-fen blog summaries.
However, if you think I have misinterpreted information or have overlooked something, please don't hesitate to tell me.
Zechs/Noin - CONFIRMED. There are a pair of twins named Naina and Mille. The sister Naina has Zech's long blonde hair, while the brother Mille has hair like Noin's.
Duo/Hilde - CONFIRMED. As of Chapter 7, Duo has revealed that he and Hilde are married. Hilde has not yet made an appearance. However, Duo Jr. is not his biological son.
Heero/Relena - UNKNOWN. As of Chapter 5, they still have not yet met after Heero was defrosted. At some undetermined point in the past, they were unfrozen before and ran amok and were refrozen as a result. It is not yet known if Relena remembers her past with Heero. This ship may very well be in danger with Relena's personality change and Heero's mission to kill her.
As of Chapter 6, Relena is shown to remember who Heero is, as she tells Quatrine that the request to defrost him came from her and President Dorothy to "bring peace to Mars."
Heero/Duo - CRACK. Father Maxwell about 40 years old, and married to Hilde.
Wu Fei/Sally - UNKNOWN. Sally has a daughter, Kathy Po, who is the narrator of the story. Her father has not yet been revealed. Wu Fei is described as being unable to look Kathy in the eye.
Trowa/Quatre - AMBIGUOUS. Heterosexual life partners (? like before??)
Quatre/Dorothy - UNKNOWN/HAS ALWAYS BEEN KNOWN AS CRACK. Dorothy is now President of the ESUN, while Quatre is now building MS.
Katherine Winner/Trowa Phobos - POSSIBLE SHIP TEASE
There is Trowa Phobos, mother unknown. Catherine Winner, Quatre's younger sister and Trowa Phobos kiss in Chapter 5. A het alternative to Trowa/Quatre?
