I have been insisting that we have a Balete Tree at home. I knew about it when I was walking along Edsa, near Trinoma, and I realized that the newly planted MMDA plants are Baletes. Yuri would not believe me and insisted the tree was not a balete.

Even the scientific description for the tree is scary!
