..what atangled mess of emotions. I love the way you are showing how Bay is just hoplessly mired in what he wants and what he thinks he should do and the fact has no real defence against Renji's refreshing bluntness.

For some reason reluctant!Bya and pushy!Renji is unfeasibly hot. Can't wait for more..

2. Damn, poor Renji. Talk about having your mind and heart fucked with. =(. I can't imagine how painful and insulting it is being given a chance to be with the one you want, only to have them act like a statue. Can't really blame Byakuya though. He's got big time issues.

I love this chapter! Byaren angst is the best :>). I am fine with fluff too, but with this pairing I think angst is much more believable. And it makes a perfect sense that Byakuya is hesitating - seriosly, people, how many of you are willing to sleep with somebody on like second date or something - well, I know it's a special case with these two, but still! And poor Byakuya is a virgin after all (OMG this sounds just wrong %>)).
