I actually had a typo in the entry. I meant "this past month has NOT been good." Adding that "not" makes all the difference.

at least you don't have the problem i do. i have had a constant headache for 6 days straight due to not working out in almost 2 weeks. being an endorphin junkie has its perks in that it keeps you in shape most of the time but man the withdrawl symptoms are a pain should you take a break from it.

Joel- Thanks for the update. Try not to worry too much about it. Even though you want to improve yourself I'm sure you're in fine shape right now. But yeah, maybe you can get re-tested after the summer. Those long days always seem to draw more exercise and activity out of people =). -Tina

P.S. Autumn- hope you get an endorphin fix soon.

thanks tina. i swear as soon as i get to a gym again, i'm going to go crazy and run 40 miles on the treadmill and use every weight/machine twice over with 400lbs each. maybe then this blasted headache will finally go away. its not a bad headache, but when you have it for almost 2 whole weeks straight, it wears on yuh. how long can someone possibly go through withdrawl from something?
