What an awesome and awe-inspiring post! I'm heading to Pennsylvania tmw to volunteer for the Obama campaign this weekend. I was already excited, but this post has me totally fired up. Thank you!

Thank YOU for volunteering! A few things I have learned canvassing:

Have a couple of quick answers ready for the question, "Why should I support Obama?" or "Why do you support Obama?"

We used the phrase, "We're walking the neighborhood in support of Barack Obama. Have you decided who you're voting for in the presidential election?"

If I think of others, I will add PSes! :)
