Blair frowned as she adjusted her yellow headband, in one of the few outfits she'd manage to find that 'would do'. She would give anything to walk into a Henri Bendel’s right about now. She wrapped her coat around her body tighter as she waited for her--

Serena, given her sex life and her past in the matter, hadn't given what it would be like too much of an initial thought. She knew that when these things happened, a lot of the time it was best to just..let things be as they were and see what happened. And she had taken a little more time and care with her appearance than she did at other times, but what did that really matter?

"Hey!" she called, rubbing her hands together for a bit of warmth before digging gloves from her pockets. "Are you ready to go?"

Blair turned, slowly smiling.

"Hey, S!" Blair gave Serena a kiss, before turning.

"Yeah. We just have to find a pair of skates." Blair looked pained as she examined the stores in A42's mall. She looked like someone was slowly murdering her.

Sighing, she took Serena's hand and began to walk.

"Well, this will definitely be an adventure in living poor. We can use it as.. an extreme emergency situational exercise." Blair Waldorf: optimist!

The kiss was new, but not in a bad way. Serena actually thought she could get used to this, even though for awhile it might be...

..well, no, it wouldn't be. Because she and Blair had known each other for too long for anything to be awkward.

"Blair, I think that you'll manage to find whatever couture this place has to offer. And if there isn't any? We'll just design it!"

"And who would make it? Ugh, I'd even be happy to see little Jenny Humphrey right now! Whatever. It's totally fine. We'll make do!" Smiling at Serena, Blair looked for a store that looked like it sold iceskates.
