Blair didn't waste any time.

As much as she wanted to make sure she looked perfect (of course she was, and her clothing had to reflect this), Blair didn't even calm herself with the old "It's just S" as she practically flew to Serena's apartment

Serena was waiting with open arms and slightly parted lips, and when Blair kissed her like that she didn't stop, instead pulled her close into her arms and kissed her back, hard and fierce. Her hands moved to her sides and she tugged her further into the apartment.

How long had she thought about it? Especially with a freak kid saying she'd dated Serena, and those books..

It was in her dreams, as well, but she usually didn't think about that.

It took Blair a long time to break away, and it was only for a moment. She couldn't seem to draw away from the girl.

"Serena--"

Blair didn't know what to say.

"Is this okay?"

"Yeah." It was disorienting and strange and a whole mess of other things, too, but if it was one thing consistently, okay was definitely it. Serena didn't know what was going to happen after Blair realized what was going on - if she wasn't already coherent enough - but for now, this was okay.

"What about--" Aaron, Dan, Chuck?

Blair couldn't help but think about her father. Was it genetic?

"What are we going to do?" Blair settled on that. Safe.
