Sadly, Wes doesn't have his own wardrobe to hand (though some people would probably consider this a good thing). He did order in some civilian clothes when he arrived, though -- there was no way he was going to walk around the place in the same orange jumpsuit forever -- so he's managed a decent enough outfit of black pants and a blue shirt.

He'd never cared enough to make note of the blue box before, though, so it takes him a little longer to find it than he thought it would. He spots it as he turns a corner and grins; he tones this down to a regular smile as he draws closer.

"Hi. Sarah Jane?"

"Wes?"

Well, he certainly does seem rather cute in person. Cute enough to earn a kiss on the cheek and a bright smile when Sarah Jane feels absolutely certain he's the proper guy.

"It's not too hard to miss when you're actually looking for it. Believe it or not, there's rooms upon rooms in there."

This surprises a brighter smile out of him again. He nods, looking her up and down, before glancing at the TARDIS.

"Really?" He peers around it, just to check it's the size it appears. "Well, it's a little bigger than my bunkroom back home, but I don't know about rooms plural."

"It's the chameleon circuit that does that," she explains, laughing as Wes explores the outer shell. "Disguises her to look like anything, really, and fit in with the surroundings. But one day it broke, and she became stuck as a police box 1960s. Or so the Doctor says."
