Death pointed at some chocolate ice cream when the store clerk asked for his order. "I BELIEVE IT IS CALLED REFRIGERATION. IT IS A..SCIENTIFIC ADVANCEMENT IN THIS WORLD."
Draco turned at the sound of new voices. "Oh hello, Shego, Anna."
Draco waved to indicate the pair behind him. "I was just talking to Susan and Death here. Um, Susan, Death, this is Shego, her daughter Anna and ... some friends?" Draco did not recognize the twins. His spidey danger sense was tingling though. He knew better than to underestimate them, just because they looked like children.
Draco knelt down to Anna. "Are you going to greet me like a young lady this time?" he asked, teasingly.
"These are my new sisters Andy and Kamilla!" She looked proud.
"Hello Draco~" She smiled sweetly.
Shego smiled lazily at Susan.
"Hey, babe. Nice to see you again. And.. sorry, but I think that while alive, I can't see Death. But hey?" Shego shrugged.
"Good to see you with some friends, though! Even if your BFF is Death." She smiled teasingly.
"Lemme get these guys some ice cream." She walked over to the counter, setting the twins down next to Anna. Anna held each of their hands as she pressed her face to the counter.
"How many scoops?" She turned to the group.
"THREE." Anna was excited. "NINE!" Shego rolled her eyes as Impmon and D ran in, late as hell with Kim. Shego kissed Kim affectionately, before turning to the bat now on her shoulder.
"D, you can't have-" "THIRTEEN." Impmon spoke up quickly. DemiDevimon had to beat him, so- "SEVENTEEN." "ALL!" Impmon thought he had won, but Shego silenced the two Digimon with a glare.
Kim returned the peck and watched the goings-on with an amused smile. Amusingly enough, she could remember when she'd been their age... which hadn't been that long ago. It was ab it worrying, but she figured she'd get through it...
"Hello Andy, hello Kamilla." Draco nodded at both of them before turning to Anna. "There now. That wasn't so hard, was it." Draco smiled at her.
"Do you want to see some magic then? After the ice cream, ok?"
Draco's attention was called back to his own cone, which had been sitting neglected in his own hand, and had begun to drip. "Ep!" He gave a little noise of surprise. "What is it doing?" Draco stared at the cone as if it were a mis-behaving child. "Wizarding ice cream never did this ..."
Draco licked up the drips on one side, still trying to be elegant about it. He held it up to admire his handiwork, and squawked when he realized it was still running down on all the *other* sides. His delicate little licks were proving entirely futile in keeping the runny desert at bay.
Draco leaned over to pat Anna on the head. As he did so, his half melted tower of ice cream {{HE GOT SOFTSERVE, MMK}} began to lean perilously. "Aaaaaa-" Draco jerked the cone back upright, but that only added more momentum to the chocolaty treat's slide. As a last resort, Draco tried to pop the whole thing in his mouth.
"Ahh!" From the look on his face, the brain freeze was almost instant. He now also had melted chocolate all over his fingers and face. Draco looked at his hands, disconsolately. Then, slowly and deliberately, like a cat saying 'I totally meant to do that ...' Draco began to individually lick of his fingers clean.
Draco glanced up at him, a finger still in his mouth.
"Hmmm?" He ran his tongue over his finger as he pulled it out. "Oh. Save it." Draco glanced at the chomped on cone that remained in his hand. "I suppose so ..."
"Anyway, it was very good. And I feel better. Thank you Death!" Draco smiled at him, a bright sunny smile.
Death nodded. "AHEM, YES THERE WAS. IN CLOSING THE RIP DRACO DIED. I HAD NOT KNOWN THAT WOULD HAPPEN, BUT WITH THE RIP CLOSING HISTORY CORRECTED ITSELF RATHER QUICKLY. HE HAD A RATHER SEVERE HEADACHE AS A RESULT."

"We'll have two each," Kamilla said. "If that's okay," added Andy.

As long as they remained well behaved to a degree, she had no complaints.
"Feeling better from what?" she butt in, curious. "Was there more of a reason to this outing than just introducing me to your friend, Grandfather?"

Mmm chocolate.
"So you are not dead, correct?"

"My soul was sucked back into my body, my internal organs- I mean my injuries healed ... I'm pretty sure I'm not dead."
Draco glanced over at Death. His granddaughter was a little ... intimidating.
