Shepard! I'm not familiar with the area, so I'm not much help there.

[The feed briefly switches to the camera, as Tali pans it around to show the Poor District. After what she thinks is enough it switches back to voice.]

With my Omni-Tool refusing to do anything, this is the best I can do. Is yours working?

Looks like the place I found Steve in; I have a general idea of where you are. There should be a big fountain of an angel hiding its face near the middle of the area. If you can find it, I can meet you there.
