[ there's something here, something more than the emptiness of the place that has the hairs on the back of rojo's neck standing on end, that has him unnerved and on edge. when he flicks the strange device off, he gets a sudden thought, like he shouldn't have done that, and he doesn't even have enough time to wonder where it came from before he's roughly shoved against the nearest wall, hissing through his teeth.

because that is totally what he looks forward to when arriving in an empty, unfamiliar city: being shoved into a wall and being held at knife point by a tiny creepy legionary.

he glares down at the shorter man, lips pressed into a thin, agitated line, but he doesn't speak; instead, there's a vague motion made with one hand, a go on kind of gesture. he really doesn't want to hear any more of what this guy has to say, not after nipton, but he's also not going to lose his life over something like this. and he's smarter than to doubt that a legionary, of all people, would hesitate in cutting out his throat. ]

[ TINY. B) okay good, he likes that space. a hand will be going up to rub at his neck, and he's only frowning harder at the mention of caesar - though he does look a bit confused about why the leader of the damn legion would be interested in a guy like him. (then again, who isn't interested in him these days apparently, good god.) ]

Wasn't expecting to see you here either... And that's flattering, really - [ not really!! ] but you gotta know I'm not a big fan of him or any of you Legion types by now.
