Two more themes, following directly after the Origins Story, I'm sorry there isn't much Temari in these stories, she has a greater role in the ones that are forthcoming, just wanted to post these so I don't keep people impatient and then give you a ton to read at once.

I dunno about Kishi-sensei accepting souls as a royalty payment, but you've certainly got the ownership papers on mine.

The second one is love, lovelovelove, and not only have you nailed both Shika and 'yuya, but you gave me hysterics with the mental image of Shika wandering out of Temari's bedroom in his drawers only to run right into her (scary as hell) little brothers. Betcha he had to talk pretty damn fast to keep Gaara from eating him. ^__^

You're going on my mental list of people on the internet that I think are teh awesome *nods*. I think you've got a really good grasp on everyone's characters, and the way you're developing the story is very realistic and believable. I really enjoy the interactions between Shikamaru and Tayuya too ^_^

Your Shikamaru is love. And I don't envy him having Gaara as a brother in law at all. Sheesh, and I thought meeting my girlfriend's family would be frightening...now it seems like a breeze next to "Crazy Sociopathic Sand Demon".

*huggles Tayuya too* Tayuya is rife with angst, it's awesome to write. She's so good at angry and defeated - all tension and dissapointment. Delicious.

And yeah, evil bastard Kabuto is joy. ^^

Dammit, I have to do themes on the inlaws now. XD

Poor Tayuya, no parents to bring to the table. Maybe she'll just invite Sakon and Ukon to dinner some night. XD

EXCUSE FOR AWKWARD DINNER SCENE! HEE HEE HEE!

I was plotting on having the trio's kids eventually break the tension between Kankuro and Sakon I think.

Tayuya and Shika's little one runs up with a sock with googly eyes on her hand while Kankuro and Sakon are STARING at each other across the kitchen table, and she just starts grabbing Sakon's arm repeatedly.

"Haruko honey...?"
"THE PUPPET IS EATING YOU!"
