Momo is not sure if she is more mortified that this was made into a PUBLIC announcement, or if she is happy that it will be stopped... LOL.

There was a rumor going around and I missed it?

Damn, this is what I get for actually doing paperwork for once...

...Excepting what? A child?

No offense to the both of them, but people believed that?

Yes, a child. Even Ichimaru's heckling them now, and Hinamori's actually believing he meant well, of course.

What can I say, people are mean.

I suppose if dispersing torrid rumors is currently our most difficult task, this week should turn out quite well.

I have confiscated what appear to be hastily made copies of this letter from one of our unseated shinigami. The copies are now destroyed and those involved in the appearance of them in our division will be disciplined accordingly.

I am sorry that what was a private communication has got so out of hand.

Thank you, Ise-kun. I'd hoped it wouldn't descend into copies of the letter getting about, but that may have just been wishful thinking. Efforts will continue to see to it that the original is found and destroyed.

Rumour finds a way, sir. I have told my more level-headed officers to have an eye on the situation. Things are running surprisingly smoothly over here. It is disconcerting. The captain is doing his paperwork.

I was tired of hearing about this. It's a good thing you said something, or else I may have.

Happy to have helped, this isn't something we need right now.

[Ukitake's been around her long enough to see that she's genuinely showing gratitude. Even if she's still a cold-hearted *mumbles*]
