It has come to my attention that the latest rumor going around Seireitei has originated with one of my officers. She would like to assure everyone that the letter this rumor has spun out from was intended to be private, and that an unscrupulous third party must have intercepted and spread its message

Thank you, Ise-kun. I'd hoped it wouldn't descend into copies of the letter getting about, but that may have just been wishful thinking. Efforts will continue to see to it that the original is found and destroyed.
