Bought a massive suitcase and nine million other things for uni today. The train from Leeds takes 7 hours and 30 minutes to reach Aberdeen, and thats with two bloody changes during which I will have to drag my massive heavy suitcase around. Great ( Read more... )

I replied to a comment you wrote on a community I came across. I thought I'd take a wee look at your journal too, and just thought I'd be friendly and say hiya!

You're gonna love it up in Aberdeen. When I was interested in Uni, It was Aberdeen I was going to go to. Geography and French courses were what was luring me there! I put that on hold, but still might rekindle my interest again!

Would be interested to read about how you handle uni life, and how you like the whole going out scene up there! It's magic! I live in Edinburgh, so it's 2 and a half hours from me, but won't stop me going up there again! hehe!

sorry...I never got these comments at all, and I've been too asleep to update. I do sortof love it here...But..I don't know, I can't wait to go home. add me if you like, I'm going to try to update more often.

I'm guessing you're now at uni. Can't believe my first day there was like a year ago! Crazy! I'd give you a bit of advice, like not to fall in love while you're there, but seeing as you're from Leeds, that doesn't seem like much of a problem. I am from Florida...so when I fell for an Irish guy...well yeah, you get the picture. Anyway, now I'm leaving for Dublin in two weeks. Go figure.

Well, good luck in Aberdeen! If you're into dancing, try Liquid. If you're more of a rocker, Drummonds has awesome live music nights. And never ever EVER work at the priory as PR staff...if you don't absolutley have to. *shudders* Have fun! ^.^

I work at the Ministry as PR! God I wish I'd got that comment earlier, I bloody hate it. I like going in Priory on a saturday though. I hate Liquid, haven't tried Drummonds...Triple Kirks, Exodus is pretty cool though.
