You very nearly scared me with the second one. I thought there would not be a happy ending, but I'm glad you proved me wrong. Liked the narrating-style too. The first one is something I would love to read from Jeeves' POV too. The little things here and there are lovely.

Aw, I wouldn't have done something like that without some kind of warning! Glad you liked, thanks!

Absolute marvelosity! The first one was so bittersweet! Oh, my heart! And yes, I too thought the second was going to end in tears of woe. Bless your buttons for not going there, but you did a spiffy job of teasing!

Wonderfully done! I'm very much looking forward to more!

Thanks! Sorry about causing your heart any undue strain. ;) I don't think I'd write a tears-of-woe ending without some kind of warning, though it was meant to be a tease.

*bows for the lord and master* MY GOD YOU SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME WITH THE LAST ONE! And I loved it. You can feel Jeeves panic/relief. And the drugged ending is sweeeet ♥

The first one was absolutely wonderful as well. True, they could have met! &hears; And I'm sure Jeeves remembers, and I hope one day they'll risk their foolish pride, and talk about it. :)

Jeez, I should start handing round aspirin for all the heart attacks I'm giving people! But it sounds like it was a good kind of heart attack, right? ;)

I'm sure Jeeves remembers, and I hope one day they'll risk their foolish pride, and talk about it.
Oh, indubitably. Maybe not in the course of these 20, but who knows.

Thanks for reading!

And you do have more of these coming, right? I especially liked the first one. A bit wistful, that.

Thanks! And I do indeed. There may only be one tomorrow as I haven't the faintest idea what to do with octosyllabic, but i'm going to keep banging away at them till I've got through all 20.
