Twitter is being weird so back to LJ today. Last night Doug and I saw Takeshi Kitano's version of Zatoichi which, if you haven't seen it, is a visually interesting death-fest about a blind swordsman and two geisha's seeking revenge for the death of their family. It's the second time I'd seen it so part of my attention was able to focus on audience

I feel like she has a girlfriend-shaped space in her life that I don't really fit into, that a lot of her reactions are directed at some one who isn't *me* or which are in response to actions that I haven't done.

Been there before :/ Very eloquently put, something I've never put down in words before, but felt here and there and not known how to explain.
