Thanks, Geri. Sometimes it's good to put it all down on paper when things are roiling about in one's head. The situation you describe sounds horrible and I'm glad it eventually got resolved. You do also remind me that when I go to new places and/or big cities, I'm automatically much more alert to my surrounds and crime, as I also have been each time I've revisited my old haunts.
