[Adding to the slew of trick-or-treaters is this girl right here! She's dressed in a long cloak with a hood, with eyes stitched onto the edge of the hood and rips in the sleeves. It's a simple ghost costume, but Koishi likes it ( Read more... )

[Will be opening the door.]

Huh? Ah, I wasn't expecting this.

N-No way... Was that your danmaku or whatever you were talking about before?

[She nods.]

I'm pretty bad at it, but that's what mine looks like...

... It seriously looked like something out of a video game.

I don't know what that means.

It would be a pain in the ass to explain. I would have to show you what they look like.

...Anyway, that would've been a lot more useful than my arm if those things had decided to attack us. And it's not so bad, really, so I'm not sure if I'll go reverse the trade.

I think it would be better if you get your arm back.

Well, I'll think about it. Aside from the problem of being defenseless, I'd seriously injure my pride if I went back on it now. A certain someone from Gensokyo would never let me hear the end of it...

Forget about them. Your health and well being is the most important thing here.

But wouldn't I be able to defend myself, and therefore maintain my wellbeing better, with my danmaku? And there's Koishi to consider too, who's no more than a human. If you're going to make that argument, wouldn't it make more sense to remain as I am?

Don't try to act tough with one arm. I could probably beat you easily right now than if you had both arms.

How many arms I have has no bearing on my strength in battle. Usually I don't need them.

(Sounds like a lazy way of fighting...)

Yeah, I think I've got an idea on how you can fight since you said that you were crappy with danmaku.

It's not lazy. It takes a lot of concentration, you know, because you have to dodge the opponent while you shoot.

And I've already got a perfectly acceptable method. I'm not good with danmaku, so I copy the patterns of other people. Not only are those ones usually better than my own, but the psychological shock of seeing their own danmaku used against them is enough to give me a edge.

Doesn't that make you kind of a rip off, though? You don't see Goku stealing techniques in his fights.
