Pleased to report that after a week of physical, sometimes blinding pain, I am baking cookies and (carefully) dancing around my kitchen to Pandora's Irish Pub channel. It seems that taking it easy and ding alot of sitting was actually part of the problem, so instead of sitting and resting today, I'm moving around. That being said, I am doing things

24.5 miles. Not bad considering how little we've been riding so far this season. Whatta day! Really makes you appreciate how energy-sapping our normal humidity is.
