I squee'd when I saw this! Terry/Monet! I liked the romantic friendship take on their relationship, and their interactions were great. I loved that Monet shows she cares by rushing off to take care of the guy who dares to insult Terry. I also liked the little glimpses of the rest of the team, even though they weren't involved.

I'm so glad you wrote this, I'm excited to see stuff about Terry and Monet.

Thank you! I love them both; I honestly had a nightmare the other night that Monet was one of the characters who left the team. It was really fun to explore their relationship.

I was really eager and intrigued to read this once I saw not only the fandom you choose but the pairings; and this was wonderful and I like how you handled the Monet/Terry pairing. I think I love all of the team members in their various ways and how they interact with each other, but my main pairings tend to be ric/star, jamie/Layla, to do monet and terry justice. I adore Ric/Star and Jamie/Layla too! The first one's been my comics OTP since high school and the second one totally took me by surprise with how much I love it. I love that about X-Factor; the are so great together that there are a million and one things to ship!
