And, I got to leave work early. I work in a retail store that actually sells some things you can't find elsewhere for quite a ways around, but apparently it still wasn't busy enough for the entire crew to be working all day.

That's my little contribution to the doomsayers about the poor economy, though I'm hardly at all worried. Just sayin'.

It's shoes\boots. you're competing for a-rarer-than-people-would-like shoppers dollars and the Mall\Wal-mart has that whole convience thing going as they can buy shoes and not shoes in one stop.
