This is a questionnaire that kiratsukai took from Cosplay Kobo and translated. I'm rather bored and it popped up on cosplay.com again, so I figure I might as well kill some time (and then hopefully get some motivation to sew in that zipper).

You should fill it out! :D It's quite time-consuming. XD Some of the questions are a little difficult since they were geared toward Japanese cosplayers originally.
