Sounds like you're the victim of misdirected unhappiness/office politics. I would actually keep a record of your OT, and the complaints (esp that it's the first time there have been complaints), and any documentary evidence that backs up your position that the 11 points don't relate to you. I'm sorry to raise these defensive measures, but in the 1% chance you might have to fight a constructive or unfair dismissal claim, you will need this. Email me if you need to, k?
