omg, your hubby has fantastic taste in wraps! The new brown one is gorgeous and totally brings out the blue in yours and Riley's eyes.

I'm thinking about getting a wrap for my sister (she's due to have her second baby any day now!). I want to just get one and I'm looking for something inexpensive. any suggestions?

How inexpensive? Most good quality wraps will be at least $100, though you can get them used for good deals. I would let her try out your moby and see if she likes that, and if she does, get her a lighter weight wrap since I'm sure she'll be using it during the summer, like a vatanai, calin bleu (both available on lemonbalmessentials.com) or a Gypsy Mama Bali Baby Breeze wrap. They're all very lightweight and not as expensive as some of the other ones, but they won't be as comfortable for a long period of time (though they used the Bjorn with Derek so I'm sure anything will be more comfortable for them!).
