ok most people here will think me utterly insane and if your not into babywearing please feel free to skip this thread.
OK now that I've weeded out the weirdo's (lol j/k incase any weirdo's are still paying attention....) on to the pfau madness that has sweeped the wrapping nation!
In 1972 Didymos started selling wraps, the first model was Pfau, a wrap featuring peacocks, it was sold from 1972 to 1982. Pfau is one of the rarest hardest to find wraps, people buy these for upwards of $600! OMG! I think its pretty but yeah I'd NEVER EVER spend that much on a single wrap!
here's the original pfau:
and the new pfau swatches:
I like the original better than the new, but I like the new too. I'm super excited about a black and white (non-indio) wrap. I sold Anthrazit because the wool didn't work for me but I loved the black/white colors.
On the loom pictures
and some pictures from a mamma who's gotten her's already. she lives in europe and I'm jelous, it'll be like 2 weeks before I get mine. all the following pics are her's including the action shots.
I know one person on my friends list is awaiting one of these and I'm really anxious for mine, so I figured I'd collected the pictures from all over of it and put it in one thread for my drooling pleasure.
