I am so sorry for not commenting sooner. I read this as soon as I got back from vacation, and then work devoured me alive because two people quit and we were understaffed. D:

I love this. I love the way you handle both of the relationships; the friendship and jealousy between Percy and Oliver, the romantic relationship between Percy and Penelope. I love how you showed it not working out between them - you didn't make either of them horrible people, you just showed it as a teenage relationship that didn't have staying power.

And while it was going on, it was so sweet but you also picked out the flaws in it, like how Penelope didn't like Oliver and how Percy would unconsciously default to siding with Oliver - the night of the Quidditch win springs to mind.
