aw! thank you! I'm pretty proud of the carebear porn, since it was written long before Slave Bear of Care-A-Lot was written. I was a pioneer in that fandom! Though, maybe "proud" isn't the word I mean.

I had to friend you: first I was impressed with and deeply admiring of your cleverness in creating kink_bingo and your patient and gracious participation in its administration, then prairiedaun (one of my favourite RL people) described you as a "longtime friend", and finally I read some of the fic and essays above--in particular the piece about S3 Doctor Who which besides being well-written and brilliantly insightful also uses the word "Foucauldian". The friending became inevitable.

what's up! yeah, I've known prairiedaun for years - real years, not even fannish-years! she's supercool. And I noticed that she had encouraged all her Manitoban anthropologist friends to play in kink bingo, which made me and my co-mod happy, since eruthros is an anthropologist and I'm Manitoban. :)

Actually, though, she's not how we found out about it--I saw lit_gal's stories on a Firefly com, was curious about the challenge name, investigated, went "OMG COOL!", signed up (even though I haven't finished a story since last summer, still have some overdue from the summer before, and should really be focusing on the class I'm teaching right now) and immediately bugged the people I knew to be both fannish and kinky. But yeah. Manitoba and anthropology are both awesomely awesome and I may try to work them both into my fic :)

Please get times together you try could marry deserved punishment monarchs.
