I like my new job, but I worried that I'm not getting the hang of it yet. Everyone says it can take up to 6 months. But my co-worker who started 1 month before me is a pro. You have no idea. I have a pile of work to get checked everyday. she has only 5 to 6 things to get checked. That and She seems to be getting things done a lot faster. In

I am sure that you are doing fine. You have only been there a little while. THe other girl my just pick things up faster. That is ok. When I worked at the hotels, I picked up things within the week and then surpassed the employees that worked there for years. Everyone is different.
