We have to take Heero into custody now. We talked about punishments and detainments for people, this qualifies. Even one of the people we were working with. Harth may have been on our watch list and a suspect himself, but he was still a person.

... I suppose so. But, honestly, Jing, I don't... I don't know what to do. Not that I encourage killing, but arresting Heero might cause a lot of trouble as well.

I know that, believe me. I don't think there won't be ramifications for going this route. But I also think there will be worse complications if we allow it to go without any consequence at all. It'll mean we're all for justice and the residents' safety, unless it's one of our number then we can do whatever we want. Not the message we want to send.

Make sure the other alliance members are aware of it, then we'll approach Heero. If he'll come voluntarily so much the better. If not...
