sounds like an excellent plan for an apartment. :) Personally I'm willing to compromise on #1, I don't mind having a wall behind my monitor for my computer (and I have it at the foot of my bed so it can be seen while lounging on the bed if somebody is with me watching me play LoL or whatnot. When I was dating Lisa, we did side by side computers facing the wall and that was nicely social since we sat in touching distance, but didn't eat up too much space in the apartment. #2 for sure, #3 made me smile, but is a noble goal to be sure (and much better for the play experience).
