I'm not giving up on this fandom.

It's not worth banning and whining and leaving if you can't endure a little wank? This fandom is nothing wank-wise compared to those I've been in. I think we all just need to relax a little, it's just a fandom.

Nothing I did was directed at you or anyone other than Cynthia, who it technically wasn't directed to at all.

Thanks.

I already know it was fake and you just did it for the lulz.

Yet some people fail to see the lulz in it. Meh.

I thank you for this opportunity to hear your opinions. I also thank you for the compliments. I am truly glad to have met someone whose mindset is so different from mine. It has been a wonderful learning experience.

I've dug myself a hole here, if only to see what would be at the bottom. It was a foolish and irresponsible thing to do, but it is my hole now and I must do my best to fill it back up, or be stuck in it forever. I always find some way to insert my brash, left-wing attitude into things and it always seems to get me in trouble, but what is done is done.

Do what you think best in this situation. I cannot say that I agree with your assessment of fandom. I feel that because of it is not a serious thing that it is necessary to keep things that would potentially keep things from being light-hearted and fun out. Then again, I have a more conservative, right-wing attitude, or so I have been told.

I do have one question: Why the choice of icanhassizzuhs for your social experiment? I can honestly say that, were I inclined to stir fake wank for the purposes of seeing people's reactions, I would have picked a somewhat larger and better known community that receives a bit more traffic.

There's a line between comfortably lighthearted and just a bit too serious. It's easy to cross, and dangerous to do so. I really do not want to leave this fandom (the series really has given me an entirely new outlook on a lot of things and some of the people in it have become fantastic friends) but there are a limited amounts of things I have a choice on here.

And why? Oh, honestly I don't really know. Crime of opportunity? Nothing I say will make sense.

Yeah, I love how if you dont follow the herd and go AHAHAHHAHA LOLZY OMG WOW at someone's macros, they take it as if you are "demeaning" them. What the fuck. Now that makes me lol for reals.

Whatev. The wank rocked.

It's like it's impossible to not like something. If I read a story and don't like it, what do I say? "I didn't care for it." If I see art that's not that good, what do I say, "I think you need a little work." Like we can't even disagree. What kind of rules are those?

LOL. It's good to know that no matter how little I pay attention to the main space of BoB fandom, it will always be really fucking stupid. It's kind of like Schroedinger's cat, and you just opened the box.

Seriously though, IT WAS A SOCIAL EXPERIMENT GUIZ? This fandom's wank is so unoriginal and unimpressive. I'm sure even the fandom!secrets about it won't be worth the bandwidth.

There's fucking stupid shit everywhere, and I'm sick of people assuming that because people are fighting on the internet, they can't live their daily fucking lives.

Social experiment, pressing buttons, fucking the shit out of people for the hell of it, it's all the same fucking thing. It doesn't matter, all that matters is that people need to let. go. Several brands of wank went down, there was my fake fight and then there was a spinoff of residual anger over past shit that happened before I joined the fandom. I suppose I directly incited that, but fuck, it's not my fault that people can't get over this shit.

Schrödinger's wank is annoying and useless at the same time OH NO WHAT TO DO.

Haha, and staging fake fights is such a part of daily life. I dunno, people get invested in the problems of others, and in a fandom where most people know each other, it's hard not to care. And from what I've seen, the other people in the fake fight were more responsible for the other wank that went down, I just happened to comment here. It takes one to wank, but a group to make a circle jerk, or something. I mean, there's certainly a reason it's called wanking, I can imagine one person sees someone doing it and gets "turned on" and wants in on the action ( ... )

Some anonymous trolls would be nice. I love anonymous trolls. That's the best wank because you're a complete idiot if you take it seriously, and then I can have even more laughter.

Plus, they're more fun to poke. No worries about hurting someone you know. That, and it's easier to distance yourself when you don't know the person.
