Erm, well, they have two albums out, the first being To Lose My Life... and the second Ritual. More of my favourites are on TLML... but Ritual has some really good tracks on it. You should listen before the release of BIG TV in August. :D I really love TLML... as a whole, but I especially recommend Unfinished Business - it's such a passionate song and they perform it with such passion that you can hear the raw emotion, eg. here on Jools Holland when Harry's voice actually breaks. Another good one from that album is Death and Farewell To The Fairground, the latter being good for dance-y type things and because it's super catchy.
Ritual as an album is more coherent in that it has a theme, as suggested by the title, of rituals. I'm not as keen on this album as a whole but I still love it. My absolute favourite from this album is Come Down. Pretty powerful song.
